Gary Nebiolo

General Manager

Early in his career, Gary Nebiolo contributed to Parkers Blue Ash Tavern’s successful launch in 1981, then as James Tavern. He’s been with Select Restaurants, ever since. For the last three decades, Gary led the team at Winberie’s in Oak Park, Illinois. Now this seasoned manager has returned to Parkers Blue Ash Tavern as General Manager.

A well-respected restaurateur in the Oak Park community, Gary served on the boards of several organizations including Visit Oak Park, Hemingway Business Association, Oak Park Chamber of Commerce and Lake Street Streetscape Planning Commission.

A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Gary grew up in Levittown, outside of Philadelphia. Gary enjoys spending time with his family. He is also an avid road cyclist, triathlete and CrossFit training devotee.

Chef Joel Gregorcyk

Executive Chef

Chef Gregorcyk joined the Parker’s Blue Ash Tavern culinary team as its new Executive Chef in 2015, bringing with him extensive experience from some of the city’s most critically acclaimed restaurants.

Chef Gregorcyk has worked at award-winning restaurants throughout Cincinnati since 2009, including Local 127, a downtown Cincinnati bistro that won Cincinnati Magazine’s “Best New Restaurant” designation. Additionally, Joel was Co-Executive Chef at the Cincinnati Enquirer-rated four-star restaurant, Palomino. Most recently, Gregorcyk worked with Coopers Hawk Winery and Restaurant in Kenwood, Ohio.

After spending the last several years in the greater Cincinnati area, Joel has learned a great deal about what Cincinnatians enjoy eating and  looks forward to bringing his culinary expertise to Parkers’ menu. Chef Joel spends his free time tending his herb and vegetable garden and learning about how to apply sustainable foods to a restaurant setting. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Alexis, and helping coach his son’s baseball team.


Gina Mack

Banquet Sales Manager

Gina Mack is a seasoned hospitality expert with years of experience helping people to create memorable occasions. Whether it’s a business meeting or engagement party, Gina treats every event like it’s her own. A member of the Parkers team since 2004, Gina’s organization, creativity, and attention to detail ensure that every guest will feel at home and have a great experience.

Prior to joining Parkers, Gina interned with the marketing department at Kings Island, where she increased small group sales and helped to plan and assist with special events.

A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with an Associates Degree in Applied Business with a focus in meeting and event planning, Gina has a keen understanding of what goes into creating a fantastic event that will exceed any guest’s objectives.
